After manufactured a couple of kind gimbals,we decided to design a new product for who likes DIY projects.A DIY gimbal project has some advantages for us and our users; like customizable dimensions,different electronics and motors usage varieties,personal wiring and equipments usage abilities and of course better pricing cause of 3d party electronics and motors.
We worked on some of our designing ideas and decided on one of them,which named as TwoDee EVO NG.It is not an ordinary design cause of some innovative touches.
First extra ordinary speciality is it is a CopterFrames product and you can find replacement mechanical parts when you need,with regular pricing.
An other one is that, it is DIY and you can find all industrial replacement parts (like bearings,spacers) on the market.
TwoDee EVO NG has 2 bearings for all axises.Using two bearings saves all axises from radial loads. Dual bearings serve smooth movements and provides more efficiency.
TwoDee EVO NG kit, comes as cnc machined aluminium parts and with all necessary harware.
You need 4 pieces 16mm outer diameter carbon booms for starting assembly. 2 of them must be dimensioned for inner width and 2 of them must be 18mm longer.
Assembly time is near 1.5 hours.
And finally,marketing price.
